If you are interested in any of the items, please feel free to contact us.
Payment
- Please make the payment by wire transfer.
- Our bank account information will be provided when a purchase is made.
- Please bear the bank transfer fee.
- If you require a receipt, please inform us at the time of purchase.
Return policy
- As a general rule, we do not accept return of goods due to customer’s circumstances.
- We accept returns only when there are damages or problems caused by our fault and we are informed within three days after the arrival of goods.
- If goods are damaged during the delivery, please contact us first.
Refrain from returning them until we confirm the situation with the courier.
